Home to students in grades 9-12, CCHS offers a rich curriculum, including foundational core subjects, along with pathway courses in career and technical education. These include agriculture, marketing, family and consumer science, and biomedical. 

Extracurricular offerings include girls and boys basketball, track, golf, and cross country; football, baseball, softball, volleyball, and soccer. Numerous clubs, including Beta, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, Student Council, and 4-H also are offered.
